CreditSoft Account Dashboard
CreditSoft account

One account surface for purchase history, license access, and downloads.

This is the Astro account dashboard for CreditSoft purchasers. It is separate from the credit-repair client portal that offices use with their customers, and it keeps checkout, billing, downloads, license keys, and API license code in one branded lane.

Payment history

Zelle, Cash App, checkout references, receipt numbers, memo emails, and staff-entered payment records belong on the customer timeline.

Billing and balances

Plan, renewal cadence, paid amount, open balance, next due date, and server-node add-ons should stay visible together.

Downloads

The latest office package, browser companion, and intranet client downloads should sit beside the matching license state.

License key history

Current key, issued date, renewal events, node approvals, rechecks, grace windows, and revoked keys should read like a ledger.

Payment history

Zelle and Cash App belong in the same customer ledger.

Date Method Reference Amount Status
Checkout date Zelle or Cash App Waiting on reference Matched amount Pending intranet match
Receipt date Square/Cash App mail Receipt or payment ID Paid amount Ready for license issue
License key history

The account should show the active key, API license code, and every license event.

Current license key Shown after verified checkout/payment match

Never reveal a full key from only an email address.

API license code Used for api.creditsoft.app license verification

The API lane should validate the license code and update entitlement state, not act like an office repair-client portal.

Key history Issued, renewed, rechecked, node-approved, revoked

The intranet license ledger should show who changed it and when.

Access state Active, grace, locked, suspended, or pending

Balance due and renewal instructions should sit next to the key.
